Cox cable sucks too. Why do all these companies offer good deals to new customers , but keep screwing us with higher rates ? Not airgun related but true

cause they can I guess. My company has been screwing me for the past year and owes me a credit. Every time I call them they say check your account online tomorrow for the credit, and it never appears. Bastards !

I think you need to do the same thing as you do with insurance companies. Change service providers every few years.

I tried that. Problem is there is only one other provider in our area. They are a great company, I used them for 8 years, but they just don't offer the services comcast does. Still considering changing back to them..
