Crossman Shockwave scope issue

I recently decided to sight in my brand new Crossman Shockwave, trying to sight the scope in and zero it I am finding on turning the scope knobs it is not moving the scope crosshair no mater what I do, has anyone else had this issue?

I am not familar with that gun but which scope is it your having problems with ?
